About Alchemy

Culinary Passion Meets Commercial Scalability

Alchemy in the Kitchen was founded by Gabriel Claycamp, a chef-trained product developer with two decades of experience building food businesses from concept through scale. After leading product innovation at HighKey—where his portfolio helped the brand reach more than $57 million in net sales—and launching ventures like Cauldron Broths and The Swinery, Gabriel saw a gap between creative R&D and real-world manufacturability.

Alchemy was created to bridge that divide: a turnkey product-development and commercialization studio built for founders, CEOs, and brand teams who need food and beverage products that can truly run in a plant. Today, Alchemy helps brands move from bench to co-man to retail shelf, combining culinary insight with disciplined commercialization, quality systems, and scale-up strategy.

What Sets Alchemy Apart?

Turnkey Commercialization

At Alchemy, we’re more than formulation experts — we’re your partners in bringing ideas to life and scaling them into thriving brands. While formulation is where many projects start, it’s far from where we stop. Our team builds with commercialization in mind from day one, ensuring your product isn’t just delicious or innovative, but manufacturable, compliant, and ready to scale.

From sourcing the right ingredients and building out your co-manufacturer relationships to securing your supply chain and brand IP, we help you set a strong foundation for long-term success. Every decision we make is about more than creating a formula — it’s about helping you launch, grow, and sustain a brand that can thrive in the real world. With Alchemy, you’re not just developing a product — you’re building a scalable, future-ready brand.
